Prices and payment

The prices for any products ordered will be as quoted on our web site.

Please note that your credit or debit card will be debited for the full value of your order in £ Sterling.

Credit / Debit card payments are made via our secure payment system, provided by WorldPay.

Your card will be debited when payment is authorised and before we despatch your order.

Delivery

All products ordered via our web site that we have in stock will be presented at the mainland UK delivery address specified by you within our standard delivery commitment of ten days from date payment for the products is received by us.

Every product offered on our web site is generally available at our warehouse. We try to establish availability of the products ordered by you before acknowledging your order. Where this is not possible for any reason and where the product turns out to be temporarily unavailable, we may offer a replacement product of equal or increased value to you. You have the right to accept or refuse this replacement product. If you choose to refuse it you will be able, at your option, to either order another product from our web site or claim a refund of monies already paid.
